  • Frequently Asked Questions

    • 1. For a successful visit to the Morris Tile showroom, what should I bring?

Feel free to bring the following:

      • Inspirational Photos or “Dream House” Photos
      • Price per Square Foot Allowance from Your ā€‹Builder or Contractor (If Applicable)
      • Fabric Swatches
      • Cabinet Samples
      • Carpet Samples
      • Hardwood Flooring Samples
      • Countertop Samples
      • Paint Chips
    • 2. Who will help me with my design ideas?

Once your final decision has been made, we will gladly register your choices on our selection form for each room or area. You will be given a copy at that time and we will file a copy here for your installer to access at his convenience.

Due to the fact that we are not directly involved in the installation, your specific material list will need to be provided by your designer, architect, builder, or tile contractor before any tile will be ordered. While we are not able to do a takeoff for your job, we will be glad to show you how to figure your material needs if you plan to set the tile yourself.

    • 3. Do you carry a wide array of tile in various price categories?

Yes, we are able to offer tile for every budget. We have cultivated relationships with vendors from all over the world, which has enabled us to compile an extensive collection of tile and stone. We have tile that is used in entry-level or builder-grade projects, hand-molded tile made to order for most custom orders, and practically everything in between.

Our knowledgeable and helpful showroom staff can assist you with design concepts and product coordination. We will help you with decisions on general placement of decorative inserts and feature strips, whether or not to incorporate patterns in an area based on its size, and the appropriate products to meet your requirements.

    • 4. Do you have tile products in stock?

We boast the largest in-stock selection in the area. We are confident that if you need your tile today, we will be able to show you several products to choose from right here in our warehouse. In most cases, you can make your selection and take your tile with you if you know how much you need. In addition to our expansive stock, we can special order materials from more than one hundred suppliers.

    • 5. What is the expected ETA for tile products?

In-stock material is available immediately. Our warehouse staff can begin pulling your order within just a few minutes. Loading time will vary depending on the size of your order and number of orders at the time. If you select a product that we do not typically keep in stock or have sold out our inventory, we order at least one truck a week from most of our primary vendors, which allows us to fill orders in one or two weeks. However, we also offer some speciality products that are either made to order in the states or imported from other countries, which could take as long as eight to ten weeks.

    • 6. Do you need an appointment?

We do offer appointments but they are not required. The showroom typically has more traffic during the lunch hours. Morning would be the best time to visit without an appointment.

Contact any of our tile stores for personalized service that helps you select the right products for your property.
